Taste:
Complex and elegant cherry extract, complemented by oak and smoke nuances. Characteristic of this unique wine is the supple vanilla cream, sweet tannins and long aftertaste.

Ageing:
12 – 15 months in French oak barriques; 3 -6 months in the bottle.

White and dark meat, game, pasta and pizza, young cheese.
