Aroma:
Typical Cabernet Sauvignon nose, with distinctive ripe raspberry character and hints of black cherries, dark chocolate, peppermint and dry leaves.

Taste:
The taste is rich and supple. Very good structure and balance, well integrated oak. Long finish with soft grainy tannins.

Ageing:
15 months in 225 l French oak barriques.

Serving suggestion:
Perfect with flavourful and spicy meat, barbeque, pizza and pasta, spicy beef dishes and mature cheese.
