We offer you an authentic wine experience, immersed in nature and traditional flavors. Our guided tastings allow you to sample carefully selected wines, accompanied on request by a platter of Italian and Bulgarian cold cuts and cheeses.
A bit of history and excellence
The Edoardo Miroglio winery was founded in 2002, when Italian entrepreneur Edoardo Miroglio discovered a unique terroir in the Thracian Valley, near the village of Elenovo—an ideal location for growing both international and local grape varieties.
Thanks to detailed soil studies and a team of oenologists led by Marco Monchiero, the first vintage was produced in 2005.
Today, the estate covers more than 220 hectares of vineyards, cultivating varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Mavrud, Rubin, Melnik, and Bouquet—some of which have been certified organic since 2013.
The winery combines cutting-edge technology with elegant, classical-inspired architecture and includes the boutique hotel Soli Invicto with 10 rooms, a tasting room, restaurant, and swimming pool.
